British Guiana Dollars Fun Notes

British Guiana was a British colony founded in 1814 until it was dissolved in 1966. Located on the Northern coast of South America, it was first a Dutch colony founded in the 16th century. Control of the settlement alternated between the Dutch and the British until the Dutch relinquished control to Britain. British Guiana is now the independent nation of Guyana, and part of the British commonwealth.
